For companies, TradeWind provides consulting focused on growth strategy, market development, and execution. We identify where opportunities exist, determine what is preventing progress, and develop the strategy, partnerships, and execution framework required to achieve the intended outcome.

Ecosystem Development

Not every valuable connection begins with a commercial engagement. Twin Harbor was created as a way to give back to the ecosystems we work in. We strengthen connectivity between Irvine and Taiwan by increasing visibility, facilitating introductions, and identifying areas of mutual interest among companies, institutions, universities, civic organizations, and other stakeholders.
